About Tarn Kelsey and Kelsey Marine Survey
Capt. Tarn Kelsey is the owner/operator of Kelsey Marine Survey based out of Annapolis Maryland. Primarily servicing the Annapolis/Chesapeake Bay region, Kelsey Marine Survey has inspected vessels in Canada, Washington State, California, Texas, Caribbean and every state on the East Coast. Tarn routinely travels to New England, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Florida and the Carolinas performing marine inspections. Tarn Kelsey is a NAMS Certified Marine Surveyor (CMS).
Tarn Kelsey currently holds a 50 Masters USCG license with a towing endorsement. Tarn is a member of the American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC) and the National Association of Marine Surveyors (NAMS).
